King George V (KGV) Playing Field
The playing field is located off the main A229 Loose Road; down Walnut Tree Lane (Albany Funerals is on the corner). It is a recreational area for the people of Loose and includes play areas, plus a large green open space. There is a small car park which can be used by visitors hiring the pavilion.

The KGV playing field and adjacent Loose Parish Pavilion are owned, managed and maintained by Loose Parish Council.

The playing field is 'home' to junior football club Loose FC on weekend mornings and is regularly marked out with a 7-a-side and two 9-a-side football pitches. (Contact jody.earle.lfc@gmail.com for club information).
The Loose Fete and Fun Dog Show is a popular annual event usually held in mid-June. This community event is organised by parish council members, plus representatives from local groups and residents from the local area.

If you would like to volunteer to be involved in the next fete and perhaps bringing some fresh ideas to its organisation, then please contact the Clerks’ office.
